Getting Started - General

:  Is is not a compulsion for you to have an account. You can checkout as a guest & simply input all your billing & delivery information. However, we encourage you to register & save time on your next purchase.

While we have made every effort to display colors of the product as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be completely accurate as electronic devices vary. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on the site.

:  We do tend to bring back our bestsellers on demand. If you require any specific product please drop us an email with your requirement & we will notify you once we restock.

Shop - Payment - Delivery

For shipping Pan India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) & also provide Net Banking options across major banks.

It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like to purchase other items, please place a new order.

We are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a confirmed shipping address for the specified delivery times.

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.    

: Orders are shipped in 3-5 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays & unforeseen circumstances. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.   

Once your order is shipped, the airway bill number & our courier partner name is sent to you via text message /email. Please visit the courier partner's website to track the current location of your shipment & expected date of delivery.    

: Our delivery partners will try thrice, then the order will come back to us. Please ensure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code & contact number. The client will have to bare the consequent transport charges for re-shipping the order.

Is my order eligible for free shipping?

 All orders are eligible for free shipping.

At the moment we are not providing the preference of Cash On Delivery.
