SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Ø  Orders are shipped in 3-5 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays & unforeseen circumstances. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Ø  All orders above INR 999/- are eligible for free shipping

Ø  Our delivery partners will try thrice to deliver your order, then it will come back to us so please ensure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code & a contact number. The client will have to bare the consequent transport charges for re-shipping the order.

Ø  Once your order is shipped, the airway bill number & our courier partner details will be sent to you via text message/email. Please visit the courier partner's website to track your shipment & expected date of delivery.


RETURN POLICY

We at Timber Tech adhere to the highest quality standards in crafting & thereafter delivering our products. As a policy, Timber Tech does not offer returns / exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition.  

Your purchase is eligible for return / replacement only if it meets the following criteria:

Ø  If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match up the item description mentioned on the website.

Ø  If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage.

  If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at sales@timbertech.in within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

Ø  Order number

Ø  Delivery address

Ø  Specify the reason for the return & in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at sales@timbertech.in

Ø  We will not be able to consider any emails / images sent after 48 hrs of the delivery.


Please Note :

Ø   If the proposal for a replacement is denied by the client, we will issue a Credit Note for the value of the returned item (Valid for 6 months from the date of Purchase)

Ø   If you find that the package has been tampered with, please do not accept the product & handover the package to the delivery person before signing the Proof of Delivery.


PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS

Ø   To return your shipment please go to "My Orders" select "Return Requested" by selecting the order/product you want to return & state the reason for the return.

Ø   We will arrange for a pickup from the same address within 4-5 working days to which the product was shipped. Please put the product in its original packaging & seal it well & send it across. Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged & all the tags & bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return.

Ø     Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the product & once our inspection team confirms that the product received is in an unacceptable condition as while dispatched from the warehouse, we will process the return request on case basis.

Ø     The replacement of the product will be sent across in 5-7 business days after inspection. Please note that shipping cost is applicable from case to case.
